Delivery information

Due to high levels of demand, delivery of your recent order may take an additional 5 days beyond our usual timelines.

We are doing our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible.

We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause you.

We deliver to all areas across the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

Your delivery will be processed as soon as we receive your order. We will send you a confirmation email to the email address you have provided confirming that we have your order, what the cost is and what goods you have ordered.

Delivery options:

  • Home delivery (processed and shipped within 1-3 business days to the main cities excluding Fridays & public holidays. Delivery cost is 30 SAR, or Free delivery on orders above 199 SAR).

  • Click & collect

Home delivery

standard delivery within 1-3 business days to:

  • Riyadh
  • Dammam
  • Jeddah

Furniture items will be delivered within 3-9 business days to the aforementioned areas.

within 1-5 business days to the following areas:

  • Makkah
  • Madinah
  • Dahran
  • Khobar
  • Jubail
  • Dere'iyeh
  • Qatif
  • Tarut
  • Kharj
  • Seihat

Furniture items will be delivered within 7-14 business days to the aforementioned areas.

Cash on delivery

The cash on delivery option is limited to a maximum of 3,500 SAR per order. We offer alternative payment options through debit/credit cards for orders above 3,500 SAR.

The cash on delivery option is subject to a surcharge of 10 SAR.

Click & collect

You can pay online and we will deliver your order to the selected store for collection. After placing your order, you’ll receive a confirmation email / text message with order number. Please wait for an email and/or SMS from us telling you when it’s ready to collect.

If you’re unable to collect your order for any reason, please contact us on 92000-2482.
Please note that we’re unable to accept orders that include either non-available item or items for collection from one of our stores as well as items for home delivery. In these cases please place two separate orders – one for collection and one for home delivery.

We keep your order in store for 7 business days.

All uncollected orders will be cancelled and any payments made will be refunded to the card used for the purchase.
